Dry Rub Recipe
4 Tablespoons Cumin
3 Tablespoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Cajun Powder
Put ribs directly in stainless steel bottom pan of the BR-2 Dome Oven
Mix all of the dry rub ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over ribs and rub on both sides.
Put the lid on and cook for 20 minutes at 450F
Reduce temperature to 350F and cook for 30 minutes more. Do not let overcook.
Move ribs (in the bottom pan) to the BBQ Grill and apply liberal coating of your favorite BBQ sauce and finish to your desired level of doneness (We only left them on the grill for about 10 minutes).
