BR-2 Dome Oven Recipe - Joey Karrsen's Lickety Lemon, Pucker Up Pepper Salmon Recipe

This is another really simple and great recipe developed by our own 'Joey Karrsen' himself. It's so simple to make and we definitely recommend that you try it.  A big thank you to 'Uncle Jojo' for sending this to us.  Keep 'em comin'.

Ingredients:

Fresh Salmon Fillet

Olive Oil

Lemon juice      

½ Lemon thinly sliced in halves

Lemon Pepper

Ground pepper

Salt

Preparation:

Preheat BR-2 Dome Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Make certain reversible rack is in the high position

Lightly coat baking pan with olive oil

Place salmon fillet on baking pan

Lightly rub salmon with olive oil

Pour/coat salmon fillet with lemon juice

Dust salmon fillet with lemon pepper, pepper & salt to taste

Evenly place lemon slices on salmon fillet

 

Place baking pan with prepared salmon into Karrsen BR-2 Dome Oven Roaster with reversible rack in high position.

Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked to desired doneness for personal taste and consistency.

*NOTE US FDA recommends cooking salmon to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
