1 lb Hambuger
½ lb Zesty Italian Ground Sausage
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 cup Chopped Mushrooms (optional)
1 cup Milk
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Preheat Karrsen BR-2 Dome Oven to 425 degrees. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan of BR-2 in the High Position.
- Prepare Meatloaf by mixing Main ingredients in a Med or Large Bowl.
- Coat 4”x 8” Loaf Pan with Olive oil.
- Place Meatloaf mix into Loaf Pan.
- Mix Sauce Ingredients, Ketchup & Brown Sugar in a small bowl & drizzle over uncooked Meatloaf.
- Roast in your BR-2 Dome Oven for 40 minutes. Check internal temperature of the Meatloaf using a meat thermometer. (USDA Guidelines = 145 degrees F before resting)
- Remove Meatloaf from the Reversible Cooking Rack, place on cooling rack/trivets and allow to rest for 3 minutes before Enjoying!
