BR-2 Dome Oven Recipe - Prosciutto & Corn Pizza w/ Fresh Strawberries

As seen in the Chef Mark video.

Red sauce and pepperoni.  Yup, it's great.  It's classic.  But pizza can take on many shapes and sizes, and it can be really fun experimenting with different flavors on your pie.  With the BR-2 Dome oven, cooking pizzas is easier than ever in your home kitchen. So head to the grocery store and don't be afraid to get adventurous with your pizza.  

For the Dough:

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon Yeast

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup of warm water

 Mix all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl until you have a dough-like consistency.

For the Toppings:

Drip extra virgin olive oil on the top of the crust, then cover with Prosciutto.  Sprinkle fresh corn on top and place in the BR-2 Dome over to cook at 400°F for 11 minutes or until your crust is just the way you like it.   Take the pizza out of the oven and and balsamic reduction.  Then garnish with fresh strawberries and basil leaves.
